The Securities and Exchange Commission is revamping its enforcement process to be more fair, transparent, and efficient.

In various fora, Securities and Exchange Commission Chairman Paul Atkins and Enforcement Director Judge Margaret A. Ryan have pledged to revamp critical parts of the Commission’s enforcement process to make it more fair, transparent, and efficient.
