New York publishes FAQs on enhanced multi-factor authentication rules

The New York State Department of Financial Services recently published additional Frequently Asked Questions addressing compliance and providing clarity regarding the enhanced multi-factor authentication requirements in the Amended Cybersecurity Regulation.
