The Fiscal Year 2026 National Defense Authorization Act Expands Defense Procurement Sourcing Restrictions Related to Critical Minerals and Advanced Batteries

The Fiscal Year 2026 National Defense Authorization Act (FY 2026 NDAA), signed into law on December 18, 2025 (Pub. L. 119-60), includes several provisions affecting critical mineral and materials sourcing for DoD procurements.
