Worldpay status: INC0690885 - Conduent Network - Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) & Women, Infants, and Children (WIC)

A third-party issue is impacting Authorizations & Payments. There is an increase in failures for Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) and Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) transactions for multiple states on the Conduent network. Some EBT & WIC transactions may be declined. All Worldpay systems are operating normally. Worldpay will continue to actively monitor the environment for recovery.

Worldpay status: INC0689284 - eCommerce (VAP) iQ - Reporting

We are currently experiencing a technical issue with Portals & Reporting. eCommerce (VAP) iQ reports are delayed in their delivery. Technical resources are working to identify and generate the delayed reports as a matter of priority.

There is a third-party issue affecting transaction authorizations on the Worldpay Alternative Payments (WPAP) platform when processing through Alternative Payment Method (APM) – eps. Some payments may result in an error or be declined. eps technical resources are working to identify and resolve the issue. All Worldpay systems are operating normally.
