HireVue status: Email Templates Page Not Loading

We are currently investigating an issue where the email templates page is failing to load across all environments (except for our gov environment). Our engineering team is actively engaged and working to identify the root cause. Please note: Email delivery is not impacted by this incident. This issue is strictly isolated to the editing and management of email templates. We will provide another update as soon as more information becomes available or a resolution is reached.
