Bitso status: Issues affecting COP operations

One of our service providers is experiencing system issues affecting COP payout transactions. Our engineering team is following up to restore the service as soon as possible. Requests to our payout preview API (payments/v1/preview_payout) with BREB are facing instability. Your funds remain secure. We will update this page as soon as we have more information. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience
