Last week, the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York unveiled a new Corporate Enforcement and Voluntary Self‑Disclosure Program for Financial Crimes. SDNY’s Program offers declination to companies that promptly self‑report financial‑related offenses.
