Congress Poised to Consider FISA Extension in April
Republican leaders in the U.S. House of Representatives announced in March 2026 their intention to bring a bill to the floor to extend, for 18 months, the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act's (FISA) Section 702 authorities.
