On March 9, 2026, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit (“CAFC”) affirmed an appeal from a Patent Trial and Appeal Board’s (“Board”) final written decision (“FWD”) on remand in an inter partes review (“IPR”), relating to certificates of correction of inventorship issued after the FWDs had been rendered.
