FTC Seeks Comments on Rental Housing Fees and Negative Option Marketing
On March 13, the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) published two Advance Notices of Proposed Rulemaking (ANPRMs) seeking public comment on potential new rules addressing unfair or deceptive acts and practices (UDAP) in the rental housing market and negative option marketing practices, such as subscriptions and automatic renewals.
