FTC reports to Congress on National Do Not Call Registry
Recently, the FTC published its biennial report to Congress on the National Do Not Call Registry for fiscal year (FY) 2025, as required under the Do-Not-Call Registry Fee Extension Act of 2007. The report noted an increase of more than 4.8 million telephone numbers compared to the previous year, totaling more than 258 million telephone numbers on the registry as of the end of FY 2025.
