HUD Proposes Ending Prorated Housing Assistance for Mixed Immigration Status Families

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) proposes to change application and prorated assistance rules for housing assistance programs to require all members of the assisted household to be U.S. citizens or have eligible immigration status.
