Prince William County Extends Special Use Permit Validity

On April 7, 2026, the Prince William Board of County Supervisors approved a resolution extending the validity of all special use permits (SUPs) that were valid on July 1, 2025, until 11:59 p.m. on July 1, 2028. Under Prince William County’s standard rules, an approved SUP generally remains valid for up to five years after the final site plan is approved by the county.... By: McGuireWoods LLP
