Using AI for Legal Tasks: When Delegation Becomes a Dirty Word

As a trial lawyer, I had a problem with delegation. I realized then that I took more responsibility for early case assessment, building my case, discovery details, exhibit content, and presentation strategy than most of my peers doing similar work.
