CMS’s New DMEPOS Enrollment Moratorium: What Suppliers Need to Know

On February 25, 2026, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) announced, among other actions, a six-month nationwide moratorium on Medicare enrollment for certain Durable Medical Equipment, Prosthetics, Orthotics, and Supplies (DMEPOS) suppliers (Moratorium).
