CMS announces a nationwide Medicare enrollment ban on DMEPOS medical supply companies due to unspecified reasons.

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) announced the imposition of a six-month nationwide moratorium on Medicare enrollment of Durable Medical Equipment, Prosthetics, Orthotics and Supplies (DMEPOS) medical supply companies (Moratorium).
