Chinese State Council Releases New Regulations on Anti-Undue Extraterritorial Jurisdiction

On April 7, China’s State Council released National Order No. 835, “Regulations of the People’s Republic of China on Anti-Undue Extraterritorial Jurisdiction by Foreign Countries,” which entered into force on the same day.
