On 16 April 2026, the European Commission (“Commission”) adopted the revised Technology Transfer Block Exemption Regulation ("TTBER") and the accompanying Technology Transfer Guidelines ("Guidelines"). Both instruments enter into force on 1 May 2026, replacing the 2014 versions that expire on 30 April 2026.
