On April 13, 2026, China issued the Regulations on Countering Improper Extraterritorial Jurisdiction by Foreign States (the “Extraterritorial Jurisdiction Regulations”), following the April 7, 2026 release of the Regulations on Industrial and Supply Chain Security (the “Supply Chain Regulations”) (together, the “Regulations”).
