Kenneth Cole Website Tracking Case Dismissed After Cookie Opt-Out Claims
A proposed class action accusing Kenneth Cole Productions, Inc., of unlawfully sharing website visitor data with Meta, Google, and other third parties was voluntarily dismissed in the Northern District of California.
