DHS Proposes New $103,265 Fee for Cap-Subject H-1B Petitions
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) published a proposed rule on August 25, 2026, that would impose a new $103,265 filing fee on employers filing cap-subject H-1B petitions, including petitions qualifying for the advanced degree exemption.
